THE JOB:
Join the team as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper at ARIA, where luxury, innovation, and exceptional service come together to create unforgettable guest experiences. In this leadership role, you'll oversee housekeeping operations, inspire and develop teams, and help ensure every guest room and public space reflects the world-class standards that define ARIA.
Working in one of Las Vegas' premier luxury resorts, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards, and supporting a culture focused on service, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Respond to guest concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring positive resolution
Manage departmental performance, budgets, staffing levels, and accountability processes to meet short- and long-term business objectives
Lead all Housekeeping Human Resources functions, including hiring, training, coaching, recognition, performance management, discipline, succession planning, and compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and collective bargaining agreements
Mentor, coach, and develop Housekeeping Floor Managers to support performance and advancement opportunities
Conduct daily room inspections to ensure Housekeeping Floor Managers and Guest Room Attendants meet quality assurance and sanitation standards
Partner with Scheduling Attendants to ensure bidding processes are completed in accordance with policies, procedures, and timelines
Represent management in unemployment hearings, union grievances, arbitrations, and other meetings as needed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Two (2) years of prior relevant experience, preferably in Housekeeping or EVS
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a luxury resort environment preferred
Experience leading union team members and working within a collective bargaining environment preferred
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, bilingual highly preferred
Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
