We’re seeking a product leader to scale digital channels across web, eCommerce, messaging, and data-driven experiences.
This role partners cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, tech, and analytics to drive product strategy and execution. The ideal candidate blends strong product fundamentals, structured problem-solving, and clear executive communication.
This is a high-impact role focused on defining roadmap, aligning stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes across digital platforms.
This is an onsite opportunity based out of Alameda, CA.
What You’ll Work On
Drive digital product strategy by shaping roadmaps across web, eCommerce, messaging, and data-driven experiences; translate business priorities into clear plans, milestones, and decisions
Improve customer experience, scalability, and efficiency while balancing global consistency with local market needs
Align global and regional teams on requirements and priorities, support delivery across web platforms, customer journeys, and reusable components
Scale connected digital experiences across discovery, content, and post-purchase with a focus on measurable, customer-centric outcomes
Advance messaging and customer engagement by connecting web, data, and lifecycle experiences; define use cases and ensure alignment with business and compliance needs
Contribute to data and personalization strategy, including segmentation and use case development, partner with tech and data teams on roadmap dependencies
Simplify complex topics into clear, executive-ready insights and drive alignment through strong stakeholder communication, structured trade-offs, and decision-making
Own product discovery for digital channels by identifying customer problems, validating opportunities, defining hypotheses, and translating insights into prioritized product bets
Define clear product outcomes, success metrics, and learning agendas across web, eCommerce, messaging, and data-enabled experiences; use data to guide roadmap decisions and measure impact
Build and manage product roadmaps that balance customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, compliance needs, and market scalability
Lead prioritization across competing needs by framing trade-offs, sequencing capabilities, and making clear recommendations to senior stakeholders
Act as a product thought partner to senior leaders by connecting customer experience, commercial goals, platform strategy, and data readiness into one coherent digital product agenda
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
5+ years of experience in product management, digital strategy, product consulting, management consulting, or related digital transformation roles.
Strong experience working on digital platforms, web experiences, commerce, customer engagement, marketing technology, or data-enabled products.
Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives across business, technology, analytics, and external partners.
Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to build high-quality presentations, synthesize complex topics, and tell a clear strategic story.
Strong product management fundamentals: roadmap development, prioritization, requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, delivery partnership, and measurement.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a highly regarded technology company, product-led organization, digital health company, consulting firm, or product consulting environment.
Experience with digital commerce, web platforms, CRM/messaging platforms, personalization, analytics, customer data platforms, or marketing technology.
Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, financial services, or other compliance-heavy environments.
Strong understanding of global digital product delivery, including reusable capabilities, localization, governance, and regional adoption.
Experience working with senior executives and preparing materials for leadership-level decision making.

The base pay for this position is
$130,700.00 – $261,300.00
