UnipolRental, a Unipol Group company active in the corporate fleet rental sector and mobility services management, is looking for a FullStack Software Engineer experienced in managing web solution projects to fill the role of:
Sales Platform Tech Lead
Workplace: Bologna
The sought-after profile will be responsible for guiding the technical governance of digital platforms in the sales area, ensuring the solidity, security, and consistency of the software solutions created. Integrated into the Customer Platform team, they will coordinate the external development team, ensuring quality and reliability in the technical delivery of applications within the perimeter, working in close collaboration with IT functional contacts and business areas, supervising technical-architectural choices, and supporting operational activities.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the external technical team, ensuring the quality of developed solutions and continuity of delivery;
Supervise software testing activities, code review, and operational support to the resources involved in the project;
Oversee the technical governance of platforms, validating architectural and technological choices;
Formalize and/or update project technical documentation, including architecture documents, data flows, and Software Design Documents;
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate project requirements into effective, solid, and scalable solutions;
Ensure the security, consistency, and reliability of the software solutions created.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent qualification obtained with excellent final grades;
Professional experience of at least 5 years in the role of Fullstack Tech Lead in the management and development of digital applications acquired at leading IT consulting firms or within the IT functions of companies active in multichannel business contexts;
Experience in technical coordination of development teams and in managing complex projects;
Technical skills: software architecture design, in-depth knowledge of front-end and back-end languages and frameworks (Java, Javascript, PHP, SpringBoot, Angular, Node.JS), familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures;
Experience in developing digital solutions oriented towards customer engagement;
Excellent communication skills and interaction with technical and business stakeholders;
Problem-solving, analytical thinking, leadership, and strategic vision;
Good aptitude for work planning, results-orientation, and propensity for innovation;
The profile is completed by: solid specialized IT skills, change management capabilities, and willingness to travel to the UnipolRental headquarters in Reggio Emilia.
