Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Serve as global expert on load losses and short-circuit forces
Guide engineering teams through coaching and knowledge sharing
Contribute to R&D projects as Technical Lead or key team member
Develop transformer designs, models, and technical documentation
Perform electromagnetic simulations and analytical calculations
Define and execute validation experiments
Analyze test results and convert insights into design standards
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
10–15+ years in transformer design or R&D environments
Strong expertise in load losses, eddy currents, and leakage flux
Deep understanding of short-circuit forces and electromechanics
Proficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g., FEM)
Proven success in R&D delivery, problem-solving, and failure analysis
