Coordinare le attività quotidiane del ristorante garantendo elevati standard di servizio.

Gestire, motivare e supportare il team operativo (presenze, ferie, turni, ecc).

Monitorare le performance del punto vendita e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
Cosa offriamo

Contratto a tempo indeterminato.

Full Time 40 ore settimanali.

Sistema incentivante con bonus fino a 12.500 € annui, erogato su base trimestrale al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
