For this scholarship, we are looking for recent graduates in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Engineering, Mathematics or any similar degree, or those who are pending their final degree project (TFG), to join the Digital Channels area through a scholarship.
What does the Unit do?
The Digital Channels (CCDD) area is responsible for managing Endesa's digital customer service through agent-assisted channels.
Its activity focuses on managing interactions with customers via email, chat, WhatsApp, social networks, and web forms, providing commercial and operational support in the different service processes.
The area provides service to different business segments, mainly residential customers (B2C) and companies (B2B), covering query resolution, commercial management, and associated service support.
Additionally, the area participates in sales activities linked to customer service (S2S – Sales to Service model), integrated within customer service processes, not as pure independent sales.
The operational model is based on an omnichannel digital Contact Center, with a focus on service quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of the customer experience in assisted digital channels.
How will you collaborate?
Support in the development and evolution of AI-based bots for automating customer service processes.
Conducting quality analysis using AI tools, identifying opportunities for service improvement.
Support in operational data analysis and service reporting.
Support the area manager in monitoring tasks, operational management, and continuous improvement of attended digital channels.
What training and knowledge will be considered?
Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Engineering, Mathematics, or any similar degree.
Advanced English.
Additional knowledge/skills:
Basic knowledge or interest in artificial intelligence and chatbots.
Notions of data analysis (Excel, Power BI or other similar tools).
Interest in digital environments and customer service.
Analytical skills, organization, and quick learning.
Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and contribute.
What do we offer?
Internship at ENDESA, SWING Program:
Study aid of €900.00 gross per month.
Schedule: Hybrid - 35 hours per week.
Work center in Spain: Av. Ribera del Loira 60, Madrid.
Endesa scholarships have a duration of 9 months. They consist of two parts: Practical Training in the Company and Academic Training.
The Practical Training in the Company will be full-time from Monday to Friday, with a rest period of 17 working days per year and a study aid of €900 gross. In parallel, Academic Training is carried out: Master in Organizational Management, Key Competencies and Data Analytics, from Camilo José Cela University (120 ECTS), in online format, whose main objective is learning and improving the competency profile.
