Within the Aircraft Technologies & System unit, we are looking for a V&V Test Engineer for our Venegono Superiore office.
Below are the details of the activities that the resource will have to carry out:
Analysis of requirements for Flight Control System, Avionic system and Hydraulic system aircraft systems for the definition of test procedures;
Drafting of integration procedures for the aforementioned aircraft systems and their execution;
Drafting and execution of functional tests on Flight Control System M345/M346;
Execution of Endurance and Fatigue tests on Flight Control System M345/M346;
Drafting of relevant test reports with analysis of results;
Execution of tests with Pilot in the Loop;
Contribute to the analysis of in-service problems;
Execute test procedures during HW/SW integration;
Preparation of reporting and summary documentation for progress meetings (i.e., review meetings).
Educational qualification: Three-year or Master's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering; other specializations may be evaluated based on acquired experience.

Technical knowledge and skills:
Knowledge of System Validation and Verification;
Knowledge in drafting test procedures and test reports.
As added value:
Previous experience with data acquisition systems, interfacing and signal conditioning in the aerospace sector;
Ability to read electrical and functional diagrams;
Knowledge of digital buses in the aerospace sector (CAN Bus, ARINC 429, MIL1553 and serial protocols);
Use of measuring instruments such as Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Bus Analyzer, etc.

Strong problem-solving skills and results-orientation;
Aptitude for teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration;
Autonomy and proactivity in carrying out assigned activities;
Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
Language skills:
Good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
Ability to read and draft technical reports in English;
Ability to participate in technical meetings with clients, certification bodies and partners in English.
IT knowledge:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages;
Good knowledge of MathWorks Matlab for data analysis;
Knowledge of the DOORS environment for requirements management.
Other:
Availability for national and international travel.

How does the selection process work?
