ATM, in the context of implementing its new strategic plan, and with a view to continuous service improvement, is seeking a figure to strengthen the Maintenance Engineering Area.
The resource will primarily carry out the activities indicated below, with reference to different types of assets such as rolling stock and network infrastructures, operating as technical support for maintenance processes and contributing to the structuring of maintenance cycles, plans, and standards in regulated contexts.
Definition and management of the asset master data structure; within the maintenance management software (SAP), also through the collection and analysis of technical documentation and field data;
Analysis of maintenance documentation and contradictory discussions with suppliers in case of new assets;
Definition and management of asset maintenance cycles and plans through the maintenance management software (SAP);
Verification and analysis of maintenance processes with a view to managing maintenance activities in an ANSFISA / SGS (Safety Management System) logic;
Management of changes to maintenance plans in accordance with Regulation (EU) 402/2013;
Monitoring of faults and the asset maintenance process both via the IT system and through specific on-site checks and reporting production;
Definition, verification, and analysis of maintenance KPIs and asset RAMS parameters;
Support for the management of maintenance activities assigned to third parties through the definition of system interfaces with the companies assigned the maintenance.
Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical, Transport, Electronic or Electrical, Civil;
Preferably, knowledge in the field of maintenance engineering (documentation analysis, drafting and management of maintenance cycles and plans, fault analysis and monitoring, planning and analysis of the maintenance process);
Preferably, technical knowledge relating to the operation and failure modes of rolling stock and/or network infrastructures and systems, or production means;
Preferably, knowledge of fault analysis methods and RAMS parameters;
Good IT skills (preferably good knowledge of SAP);
Initiative and problem solving;
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Permanent contract with salary commensurate with the individual candidate's experience;
Free travel card on ATM vehicles;
Canteen service.
The employment relationship will be governed by R.D. 148/1931 and the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Rail and Tram Transport Workers (CCNL Autoferrotranvieri).
Furthermore, possession of the requirements referred to in art. 1 or belonging to the protected categories referred to in art. 18 of law 68/99 constitute preferential titles.
