Systems Engineer - Relocation to Spain

What we’re looking for:

Experience: 5 years as a Systems Engineer in defense, aerospace, or other high‑criticality environments. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.

• 2 years of experience in systems engineering within defense, aerospace, or high-reliability environments.

• Strong understanding of requirements engineering, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), and systems architecture.

• Experience with tools such as DOORS, Enterprise Architect, or Cameo Systems Modeler.

• Familiarity with embedded systems, firmware/software integration, and communication protocols.

• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Analyze and define system-level requirements, ensuring traceability throughout the development lifecycle.

• Design and document system architectures, interfaces, and integration strategies.

• Coordinate and lead system integration activities across hardware, firmware, and software domains.

• Develop and maintain technical specifications, interface control documents (ICDs), and system design descriptions.

• Support verification and validation (V&V) processes, including test planning, execution, and reporting.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and clients to ensure technical coherence and delivery milestones.

• Participate in risk analysis, trade-off studies, and design reviews.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., MIL-STD, DO-178C, DO-254, ISO/IEC).

• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems engineering processes and tools.
