Within the Industrial Engineering organizational unit of the Aircraft BU, within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain function, for the Ronchi dei Legionari (GO) site, a Tool Engineer is sought who will be responsible for the following activities:
Development of new electrical/electronic testing equipment and management/maintenance of existing ones
Guarantee the industrialization of new products and the optimization of production tools and equipment, ensuring reliability, quality and efficiency of production processes.
Drafting of requirement specifications for outsourcing of testing equipment for avionics systems
Preparation of testing procedures for avionics systems and validation on the first article
Creation of production documentation data packages and support to electrical processing and functional testing departments
Import baseline and MAKE or BUY analysis
Use of the SAP system for creation of master data, bills of materials and production cycles
Participation in product/process non-conformity boards
Technical support for electronic board supplies
Interface with production departments and suppliers in resolving technical issues
Educational Qualification:
Three-year Degree in Electronic Engineering
Required Experience Level:

Technical Skills:
Electrical and Electronic Measurements
Electromagnetic fields
Basic knowledge of RF circuits
Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and schematics, electronic board assembly drawings
Design of simple testing equipment and interface cables
Basic knowledge of laboratory instrumentation
Basic knowledge of C programming language
Knowledge of open source embedded systems (e.g. Arduino)

How does the selection process work?
