Bosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province.

HcP has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Since November 2012, HcP doubled the production floor space and increase the net total floor space up to 56.000 m², and have successfully increased its production capacity and realized a lot of new line SOP’s.

Job Description

1. Infrastructure Back End for IT & OT (Information Technology & Operational Technology): responsible for 24x7 excellent service & operational management, optimal IT infrastructure architecture & system design, implementation and sustaining.

• Ensure 24x7 KTBR (Keep the Business Running) & operation excellence for HcP's IT Infrastructure including servers, database, networking, infra platforms, etc.

• Perform service request fulfillment, technical consultancy, solution provision, incident & problem management, change management for IT infra topics at plant.

• Responsible for capacity planning, budgeting, project management, IT asset management, DRP/ BCP, and continuous improvement for responsible services

2. Ensure IT & OT Compliance of responsible domains/ services/ systems... for HcP & User Departments. including but not limited to ISP (Information Security & Privacy) & OT Security.

• Control AIM (Authorization and Identity Management) for in-charge systems. Ensure ISP & OT compliance.

• Develop, Implement & Sustain IT compliance solutions, projects, documentations & processes. Roll-out relevant Central Directives for HcP IT compliance.

3. Proxy for Infrastructure Front End & OT/ CSO (Cyber Security Officer) Governance (load balancing or standby)

• Ensure sufficient knowledge management and operational synch-up for quality proxy support

• Proactive & right task prioritization and capacity management to ensure sufficient proxy support while sustaining quality services/ operation of IT & OT Infra Back End and Compliance.

Qualifications

1. Education

• Bachelor's degree with Information Technology major.

• Relevant professional certificates from Microsoft/ Cisco/ Oracle...are good plus

2. Work experience

• 5-8 year-experience in IT Infra BackEnd Technical Support and Operation Management. IT Security Management and Oracle/ SQL databases administration are strong plus

3. Traits and Skills

• IT Security Administration

• IT Infrastructure Administration, including Windows Server & Client OS, Networking, Vmware server

• Good documentation & ITIL experience

• Effective communication in English & Vietnamese (speaking, listening, reading & writing).

• Effective and smooth collaboration with customers, partners and suppliers.
