The Opportunity
To strengthen our Service team, we are looking for a Service Technician to join us in Perafita, Portugal.
You will provide hands-on field service support, supporting installation, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. Working on-site, you will apply technical drawings and manuals to ensure safe, reliable equipment performance.
In this role, dynamism, flexibility, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset are key to success. We are seeking a collaborative team player, able to work effectively across different organizational levels within an international environment.
How you will make an impact

Maintenance and repair of power transformers and its accessories, both in workshop and onsite.

Installation, adaptation of accessories and systems.

Technical support on installed products and equipment.

Troubleshooting, diagnostic, and malfunctions resolution.

Decision when products should be upgraded or replaced.

Onsite training for customer support personnel.
Your background
-
High school or technical course.
-
At least 4/5 years of professional work experience.

Valid driver´s license.

Ability to work outdoors.

You are well versed in the Microsoft Windows environment (MS Server, MS Office).

Strong communication skills and team spirit.

Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese. Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
