Executive Assistants act as the primary liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders. They manage calendars, streamline communications, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Core Responsibilities
Manage and screen incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain and organize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and schedules
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports
Handle document filing, record management, and administrative systems
Arrange travel logistics and itineraries
Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met efficiently
Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders and business partners
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, email platforms)
