We are looking for a DevOps Production Engineer to join our team. You will evolve in a hybrid project/run context, working on critical environments requiring high operational performance, with a strong component in industrialization and automation. By joining TopTeam, you will be an essential pillar of the reliability and industrialization of our infrastructures.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the deployment of applications into production, in close collaboration with development teams.
Managing, automating, and supervising cloud/hybrid infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP or on-premise).
Developing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Guaranteeing high availability, scalability, and security of platforms.
Actively participating in task automation (infrastructure as code, deployments, monitoring, etc.).
Monitoring and optimizing system performance, by managing logs, alerts, and metrics.
Contributing to incident resolution, post-mortem analysis, and continuous process improvement.
The required technical skills are:
Good command of ITIL processes and experience in incident, problem, and change management.
Experience with ITSM tools (Servicenow, Easyvista…)
Good command of Linux and Windows systems, scripting (Bash, Powershell, Python), and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and automation (Ansible).
Experience with CI/CD tools, monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in at least one scheduler (Control-M, Autosys).
Good knowledge of middleware (Weblogic, Tomcat, MQ Series).
Good DevSecOps security practices, a culture of clean code, and automation.
You are a good fit for this position if you are:
A holder of a Bac +4/5 degree (engineering school, university, IT or production curriculum).
Equipped with 3 to 6 years of experience in a production or DevOps environment.
Possessing a team spirit, rigor, technical curiosity, and an ability to manage priorities.
