KPO Project Coordinator

In Pietro Fiorentini S.p.A. we are looking for a Lean Specialist Project Coordinator to join the Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO), a team that guides continuous improvement in the field, supported by dedicated tutors and the best international Lean consultants.

Main activities:

• Provide Lean training to the entire organization

• Support management in defining annual improvement projects and the implementation plan (Hoshin Kanri)

• Analyze and map company processes to identify waste and propose improvement activities according to defined priorities

• Lead improvement projects ensuring adequate methodological support

• Prepare, manage, and conduct Kaizen Weeks

• Monitor and implement the 5S process

• Verify the progress of improvement projects, highlighting results/criticalities to maintain a high level of focus on objectives

Requirements:

• Three-year or master's degree in engineering/economics

• 2/3 years of experience in similar roles and knowledge of the Lean/Kaizen approach

• Energy, proactiveness, and results orientation

• Negotiation, mediation, and listening skills (able to influence team work through comments and suggestions)

• Good knowledge of English

• Willingness to travel nationally

• Permanent contract, CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria, entry level B1 or B2, Gross Annual Salary from 40,000 to 45,000 euros (to be evaluated based on experience);
