We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing Team at Marsh.
This role will be based in México city. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy to project manage campaign executions from creative brief, compliance review and layout, support tasks related to demand-generation programs, work with marketers to support webinar campaigns and post event follow-up with our business development team, create slide decks for stakeholder meetings (marketing pipleline, campaign overview, ROI analysis), email list management, be responsible for the marketing archiving and promoting develop creative briefs, coordinate events and manage digital handoffs to execution teams. You will partner regularly with Product/Investment teams, Compliance/Legal, Field Sales, creative agencies and digital delivery teams to ensure on-brand, compliant and measurable program delivery that supports the US Investments & Retirement business.

What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
5–7 years of relevant marketing, events or project coordination experience; B2B, financial services, investments, retirement or professional services experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience producing weekly/monthly reports, client-ready slide decks, creative briefs and end-to-end event execution.
Advanced English fluency (C2) required; Spanish proficiency highly desirable given Mexico City location.
Comfortable working across North American time zones and with distributed teams; ability to attend occasional early/late meetings.
Advanced Microsoft Office: Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), PowerPoint (visual storytelling, slide design) and Word.
Project/event platforms: hands-on experience with Wrike, Smartsheet, Cvent or equivalent.
BI & visualization: Power BI or similar tools for dashboarding and reporting.
Marketing automation & digital tools: working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo or equivalent; familiar with LinkedIn/social management platforms.
Virtual event platforms: Zoom and On24 experience.
Comfortable preparing asset specifications and documentation for digital handoffs and QA.
