Belonging to the Marketing Strategy Department, focusing on AI cockpit and cockpit-driving domain integration. As the central strategy platform, responsible for transforming company strategy into product strategies and market approaches in this field. Through in-depth industry insights and competitive analysis, providing direction and decision-making basis for product managers in various business lines, and promoting internal and external technical communication and alignment for Pilot projects.
Responsibilities
Market Analysis and Opportunity Assessment
Continuously track policy trends, technological advancements (large models/edge AI/chips), competitor dynamics, and changes in user needs in the AI cockpit and cockpit-driving integration fields. Output in-depth analysis reports and opportunity window assessments for segmented markets, providing decision input for the company's strategic layout in this field.
Product Strategy Planning and Decoding
Based on the company's overall strategy, formulate product portfolio strategies and roadmap planning for 2-3 years in this field. Decode top-level strategies into specific directions and priorities for each product line, clarifying "what to do and what not to do" to ensure consistency between each business line's product planning and the company's strategy.
Cross-Product Line Synergy Strategy
Integrate PMs from cockpit, intelligent driving, and vehicle control product lines, identify cross-domain synergy opportunities and conflicts, and promote the formation of a unified cockpit-driving integration experience solution to ensure alignment and avoid redundant development across lines.
Pilot Project Advancement and Technical Communication
Lead internal and external technical communication for AI cockpit and cockpit-driving integration-related Pilot projects, align technical understanding and implementation pace across various business lines (cockpit, intelligent driving, vehicle control, AI algorithms, etc.), and drive cross-domain integration projects from concept verification to implementable benchmark cases.
Competitiveness Evaluation and Feedback Loop
Establish an industry competitive benchmarking system and regularly evaluate the market competitiveness of own product portfolio. Provide strategic recommendations to management and promote major product initiation decisions.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, 8+ years of product-related experience in the automotive/tech industry
At least 3 years of which involve intelligent cockpit or intelligent driving fields, experience in strategy/market analysis is preferred.
Professional Capabilities
Profound understanding of AI large model applications in cockpits, cockpit-driving integrated technical architecture, and industry trends.
Excellent market insight and structured analysis capabilities, able to extract core trends from complex information.
Familiar with the competitive landscape of mainstream automotive cockpit and intelligent driving products, with a methodology for competitive benchmarking.
Able to translate technical trends into clear business strategies and product directions.
Project Management and Communication Skills
Experience in promoting Pilot projects or complex cross-business line projects, able to coordinate multiple resources to achieve implementation.
Strong technical comprehension, able to engage in effective dialogue with algorithm, software, and hardware engineers, and translate technical language into decision-making basis understandable to the business side.
Able to independently organize and promote cross-departmental, cross-company technical communication meetings, aligning expectations and pace among all parties.
Soft Skills
Excellent cross-team communication and influence, able to communicate effectively with PMs and executives across various business lines.
Strategic thinking and a holistic perspective, not limited to a single product, adept at systematic thinking.
Possesses a sense of ownership, responsible for project delivery results, able to proactively advance in ambiguous boundaries.
