Business Operations - Stage

In Alleanza Assicurazioni we are looking for a resource to be included in an internship in the Business Operations office of the Company's Operations area.

The intern, reporting to the Head of the Business Operations office, will mainly work to support the project management/monitoring of the Company's IT Plan and to support process design and functional requirements design/definition and in the execution of user acceptance tests for the development and evolution of applications, in particular the MYA platform.

The main tasks required, consistently with the above, concern:

• Detailed design of business processes

• Definition of requirements for the functionalities to be implemented on the applications

• Preparation of work plans and their updating based on what emerged in the operational and project governance meetings

• Support in process and quantitative analyses

• Support in organizing, monitoring and conducting user tests (User Acceptance Test), defect detection, preparation of reports relating to certification progress and defect tracing on the tools made available (e.g. Jira)

• Support for change management activities (e.g. preparation of training manuals)

• Support to the manager for the preparation of status-updates and in the organization of alignment and work progress meetings (e.g. SAL, committees, sign-in/off of activities)

• Degree in Economics, Engineering or other scientific subjects ("STEM")

• Competence in the use of office automation packages (in particular Excel and Power Point) and Gen-AI tools (e.g. Copilot)

• Propensity for data management/analysis and for the preparation of documents and presentations

• Proficiency in Italian and English

• Analytical and communication skills

• Propensity for teamwork

• Predisposition/motivation to acquire new skills/experiences

• Propensity to deal with new and constantly evolving contexts

• Results-oriented mindset

• Ability to relate with colleagues from other offices and backgrounds/skills different from one's own

Nice to have:

• Experience in the insurance, banking, bancassurance/insurebanking sector or in management consulting

• Previous experience in operations / IT / design and development of digital solutions

• Ability to work with agile models (or similar-agile)
