Internship - Process Consulting

What are we looking for?

• An/a student or recent graduate in a Bachelor’s degree in Service Engineering or a related field
• Availability to join a stable project in Rivas-Vaciamadrid.
• Work Model: hybrid job modality.

Requirements:

• Student or recent graduate in a Bachelor’s degree in Service Engineering or a related field.

• Intermediate level in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of BPMN or process modeling is a plus.

• Knowledge of Power BI and data analysis is a plus.

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

• Interest in consulting, process improvement, and business transformation is valued.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Process mapping and flowchart creation (BPMN).

• Procedure analysis and identification of improvement opportunities.

• Data collection, processing, and analysis.

• Definition and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation.

• Participation in workshops and meetings with business teams.

• Support in the preparation of proposals and client offers.
