Cybersecurity Technical Business Development Manager – Brussels

¡At Oesia Group, we are growing! Cipherbit is looking for a Cybersecurity Technical Business Development Manager based in Brussels to strengthen its technical positioning and drive opportunity development within the European and NATO cybersecurity ecosystem.

This role combines deep technical understanding with strong business acumen, identifying, assessing, and activating collaboration opportunities, innovation projects, and strategic partnerships aligned with Cipherbit’s capabilities.

What are we looking for?

• A Cybersecurity Technical Business Development Manager – Brussels, with at least 5 years of experience.

• Availability to join a stable project in Brussels.

• Degree or Master in Engineering

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology environments, or technical business development.

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, including: Architectures, Risk management, Systems protection, Technical solution assessment and synergies detection.

• Solid understanding (or strong interest) in European institutions and NATO environments.

• English: mandatory (high level), Spanish: high level, French: a strong plus.

• Strong technical mindset combined with business vision.

• High level of analytical thinking and autonomy and ability to influence stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Actively participate in technical working groups, forums, and cybersecurity events within European and NATO environments.

• Identify and assess technological collaboration opportunities, innovation projects, and R&D initiatives.

• Build and develop strategic partnerships and collaboration models with key stakeholders.

• Translate technical opportunities into business initiatives with real growth potential.

• Monitor technology trends and generate actionable market intelligence insights.

• Coordinate closely with technical and business teams in Spain to ensure alignment and execution.
