TECHNICAL SERVICES INTERN

Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a brilliant recent graduate to join the BU Milk within the Industrial Directorate.

The resource will support the Technical Area of the Savigliano plant in analyzing the energy consumption of production processes and developing initiatives to improve energy efficiency.

Specifically, they will be responsible for:

• Collection and analysis of energy consumption data (steam, compressed air, water, refrigeration);

• Support in monitoring energy KPIs by line and process with analysis of deviations from the target;

• Support for energy efficiency improvement projects;

• Participation in technical inspections at the plant;

• Collaboration with Technical Area, Maintenance, Production, and cost control, and preparation of technical reports and presentations.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Degree in energy, mechanical, management, or industrial engineering;

• Good command of the Office package, especially Excel;

• Familiarity with reporting tools, data analysis (e.g., Power BI) is a plus;

• Good knowledge of English; French will be considered a plus;

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Curiosity and an approach oriented towards continuous improvement;

• Ability to work in a team.
