Within Leonardo Aeronautica's Service BU, specifically in the Aircrew Training organizational unit, we are looking for a Training Development Specialist for our Caselle Sud office.
The Aircrew Training unit, involved in the establishment of an Approved Training Organization (ATO) within the C-27J program, requires a resource to be employed in the role of Training Development Specialist for the development and implementation of training programs for pilots and flight crews in compliance with current EASA regulations and the organization's needs.
The person will be responsible for the following activities:
Develop and update training materials (lessons, exam question database, Training Manual…) for catalog courses;
Collaborate with instructors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the relevance and quality of the content;
Ensure the traceability of courses and training activities;
Conduct Training Need Analyses (TNA) and identify improvement opportunities;
Participate in internal audits and inspections to ensure the compliance of training procedures with current regulations.
Educational qualification: High school diploma or degree in technical subjects, preferably related to aviation.

Knowledge of EASA regulations, particularly Reg.(EU) 1178/2011 and certification specifications for ATO.

How does the selection process work?
