Job Description

1. AMR daily operation and monitoring

   • Lead the daily scheduling, task monitoring, path and traffic management of AMR/AGV, ensuring material delivery timeliness and equipment utilization targets.
   • Develop and update AMR/AGV operation SOPs, inspection plans, maintenance checklists, and manage spare parts/consumable inventory.

2. Fault analysis and root cause resolution

   • Conduct in-depth analysis (PSS/PDCA) of AMR/AGV issues (e.g., path conflicts, navigation loss, and other complex faults).
   • Establish a fault knowledge base and train on-site operation and maintenance technicians to improve their front-line troubleshooting capabilities.

3. Optimization solution design and continuous improvement

   • Based on operational data analysis, design AMR/AGV path optimization, task scheduling strategy improvement, and charging strategy optimization solutions.
   • Lead the optimization of interfaces between AMR/AGV systems and MES/WMS/IES to improve task collaboration efficiency.

4. Project and supplier management

   • Participate in the introduction of new AMR/AGV projects, site deployment, map construction, script debugging, and acceptance testing.
   • Manage the service quality of original manufacturers or integrators, follow up on upgrade patches, firmware updates, and maintenance contract execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above

• 5+ years of AGV/AMR operation and maintenance experience

• Experience in AGV/AMR project implementation and management

• Proficient in AGV/AMR scheduling software configuration, map editing, script writing, and log analysis

• Familiar with navigation principles such as laser SLAM/QR code/magnetic strip, and able to independently debug navigation parameters and correct positioning errors

• Master common fieldbuses (Modbus TCP, CANopen, EtherNet/IP) and the interaction logic between AGV/AMR and PLC

• Able to read electrical schematic diagrams and mechanical assembly drawings, and proficient in using common diagnostic tools

• Experience in circuit board-level repair, capable of soldering, replacing surface-mount components, and troubleshooting with oscilloscopes/spectrum analyzers

• Familiar with Bosch Production System (BPS) and lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, PDCA, 5Why)

• Experience with AGV/AMR scheduling algorithm optimization cases (e.g., improving path congestion resolution efficiency by over 30%)

• Possess professional qualifications such as electrician certificate, robot repair technician (advanced), etc.
