YOUR Job at MWO:

• You act as the primary strategic contact person for our clients and proactively advise across all relevant media genres and target groups (HCPs, patients, caregivers, etc.)

• You actively position agency and network services, present data-driven communication strategies, trends and studies, and highlight cross-selling potentials

• You are responsible for the holistic management of your clients and teams and continuously optimize processes, resources, and workflows

• You lead, develop, and coach your teams and create the basis for sustainable, excellent results

• You are the central interface between operational business and management

• You drive new business and pitch projects – if necessary, also in the role of project lead

YOUR Skills for MWO:

• Completed commercial training or degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a comparable qualification

• At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the marketing, communication, or media environment in the Healthcare sector with direct client contact

• Experience and passion in management

• Very good German and English skills spoken and written

• Confident demeanor, high presentation security, and a solution-oriented mindset

• Proven leadership experience combined with strong team spirit

• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Independent, structured, and proactive way of working

• High analytical understanding and strategic thinking
