Carrier Excellence Transformation Manager

Location: Poland remote Travel: Extensive (Global)

❓ Role Purpose

Be part of Carrier’s newly formed Carrier Excellence Transformation Team, focused on delivering high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work on projects with significant financial impact and partner closely with senior leadership shaping the future of Carrier’s global operations.

You’ll collaborate with a highly experienced team largely from management consulting and operational excellence backgrounds, while operating at the heart of Carrier’s global excellence and manufacturing technologies networks.

❓ Key Responsibilities

• Identify, set up, and lead transformational projects across direct and indirect functions globally

• Assess performance gaps, design improvement concepts, and implement end-to-end improvement initiatives with direct P&L impact

• Manage cross-functional, global project teams and report progress to relevant leadership levels and act as a trusted sparring partner to senior leaders

• Apply, develop, and scale Carrier Excellence global standards

• Train, coach, and enable employees to successfully apply Carrier Excellence methodologies

• Collaborate closely with the Carrier Excellence Network, Manufacturing Technologies, and Digital Manufacturing teams to deliver sustainable operational improvements

✅ Minimum Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or Business Administration

• several years of professional experience in:

  • A top-tier consulting firm or
  • A leading industrial company driving C-level operational efficiency and transformation programs

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution focus and cost awareness

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

• Pragmatic, hands-on working style

• Willingness to travel extensively

• Very good English skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools and results visualization

• Solid project management skills (e.g. project setup, business case development, standard governance
