Job Description The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois, located in Loir-et-Cher, is one of the largest shampoo production sites in the group. Every day, we produce over 2 million bottles. Our brands? Head&Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie®, and Old Spice®.

? YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G'S SUCCESS: As a Trainee Packaging Process Engineer, you will play a key role in the MPD department (Materials Process Development - Packaging). This department is dedicated to optimizing and innovating our formulas, packaging, materials, and processes. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in the implementation of new materials and formulas within the factory while contributing to the continuous improvement of the efficiency of our production lines.
More specifically, several key missions and projects await you:
Proactive management of supplier complaints: Collaborate with our partners to quickly resolve issues related to materials.
In-depth investigation of targeted issues: Work closely with operational teams and suppliers to identify and resolve problems related to materials, ensuring the quality and performance of our products.
Management of chronic losses: Develop innovative strategies to identify and address packaging-related losses within the factory.
Contract Type: Internship - minimum duration of 6 months Schedule: Daytime

Job Qualifications ? YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU ARE:
Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program in an engineering school, a Master's in Process, Materials, Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
Have a good command of English and French.
Have a proactive mindset and the ability to take initiatives.
Possess a collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
