Pulizia e taglio di verdure, carne e pesce.

Pesare, dosare e preparare gli ingredienti semilavorati per le ricette.

Supporto allo chef nella preparazione dei piatti seguendo le direttive.

Mantenere pulite e in ordine le postazioni di lavoro, i piani cottura e le attrezzature.

Lavare, igienizzare e riporre stoviglie, pentole e utensili.

Rispettare rigorosamente le normative HACCP e di sicurezza alimentare.
