To support our operations at our Eindhoven location, we are looking for a: Concierge-Facilities

This role combines facility management with some administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for both employees and visitors. Manages the maintenance of technical installations in the modern building on the High Tech Campus and reports on, among other things, energy consumption. Responds adequately to calls and registrations regarding technical hiccups or problems and malfunctions.

• Follow up on calls and registrations for technical problems.

• Maintain contacts with external companies for the maintenance of installations and inventory.

• Manage and control the external cleaning service.

• Proactively ensure preventive safety and security measures in collaboration with the Emergency Response Team.

• Stay informed of laws and regulations as well as campus-wide consultations.

• Regularly perform checks on security systems (alarm, fire).

• Ensures that the office is in a presentable state.

• Provides support during events and meetings upon request.

• Ensures timely maintenance of our general vehicle fleet.

• Back-up activities for reception.

What are we looking for?

Who are we looking for?

• You have several years of relevant experience in building management.

• You speak both Dutch and English.

• You have a technical education at a minimum MBO (vocational) level.

• You have experience with MS Office and an affinity for IT hardware.

• You are available 32 hours per week.

• It would be great if you have an affinity with the world of cycling and fishing.

• You are proactive, flexible, and hands-on, you are naturally a problem solver.

• You can work independently, service and customer satisfaction are paramount to you.

• You are willing to participate in an on-call service outside regular office hours.

• You live within a 15 km radius of the head office in Eindhoven.
