Unterstütze uns dabei, unsere Schokoladenproduktion noch besser, sicherer und einfacher zu gestalten! Vertiefe deine Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit in fachübergreifender Zusammenarbeit und baue Dir ein persönliches Netzwerk auf, indem du dein Team bei vielfältigen Aufgaben unterstützt und dein eigenes Projekt vorantreibst. Werde Teil unseres bunt gemischten, jungen und dynamischen Teams in der Schokoladenwelt von Mars.

Dein Profil:

• Ein fortgeschrittenes Studium im Bereich Sicherheitstechnik oder Kommunikationswissenschaften

• Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen, vorzugsweise im relevanten Bereich

• Den Ehrgeiz, von Anfang an Verantwortung zu übernehmen

• Die Fähigkeit, selbstständig und strukturiert zu arbeiten

• Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Begeisterungsfähigkeit

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (u.a. Microsoft Power BI, & Forms)

• Begleitung des Produktionsbetriebs und Leitung eigener Projekte

• Aufdecken von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten in Bereich Arbeitssicherheit

• Vorantreiben von eigenen Ideen
