Here’s your chance to refer them! Send us their CV so our Talent Attraction team can get to know them, assess whether they have the potential to grow professionally within the company, and contact them to offer an exciting career opportunity. We are looking for technology and engineering professionals. These profiles can be recent graduates in STEM fields or experienced professionals aligned with the assigned career plan.
How can you participate? You can refer as many professionals as you want, provided that:
- The candidate can be assigned to one of the open positions published by Talent.
- The candidate successfully completes the selection process, the probationary period, and performs well.
What do we offer you? A bonus of €500 (gross) if the selected person has a junior role (not applicable to interns or structural positions) and €1,000 (gross) if the selected person has a role above junior. This bonus will be included in your payroll. You can participate as long as you are not at manager level or higher and do not belong to the Talent department.
What are the conditions to receive the incentive?
- Both you and the selected person must remain with the company for at least six months after joining.
- You will receive the payment in your payroll once this mandatory six-month period is completed.
