What are we looking for?

• An/a Project Manager in Optoelectronics, with at least 10 years of experience.

• Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.

• Work Model: Hybrid

• Work Schedule: Complete

Requirements:

• Senior profile, 10 years of experienceDefense sector.

• Very positive knowledge of electro-optical systems (optronics)

• Project management including hardware, software, and firmware development, as well as prototype manufacturing and transition to production.

• Project activity planning with MS Project.

• Economic monitoring of projects (costs, revenues, gross margin, invoicing).

• Team management, with project staff under their chargeRisk management and definition of contingency actions.

• Soft skills: Methodical, rigorous, and organized person, capable of planning realistically, anticipating possible problems or needsCommunication and interrelation skills with other areas of the Company.
