• In-Office Availability: Ability to work from the local office 3 days a week.

• Agility & Resilience: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and excel in a highly fluid, "grey area" corporate landscape.

• Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors using advanced direct-sourcing and interviewing techniques.

• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and the ability to articulate the Salesforce value proposition and story to candidates.

• Relationship Building: Strong communication skills with the ability to cold-call, build relationships over the phone, and influence senior hiring managers and executives.

• Execution: Ability to successfully deliver on deadlines and flawlessly execute in a high-volume, high-velocity environment.

• Tools: Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools.
