Coordinate shipment planning with Project Managers and offshore factories
Issue shipping instructions and track production, packing, and dispatch readiness
Verify shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance before cargo handover
Align transport modes, routing, and service levels with project priorities
Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve delays or disruptions
Lead first-line escalation with freight forwarders and logistics partners
Maintain accurate shipment data in ERP/TMS systems and reporting tools
Collaborate across teams to improve logistics processes and documentation quality
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
3–5 years of experience in international logistics or transport coordination
Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and Incoterms® 2020
Familiarity with trade compliance fundamentals (e.g., export controls, screening)
Experience working with ERP/TMS systems and data management tools
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to manage priorities and remain solution-focused under pressure
