Job Description

• 负责底盘车辆动态稳定性控制功能（VDC横向控制等）高附与低附标定与优化，包括但不限于横向目标YawRate标定等；

• Responsible for the vehicle-level performance calibration and optimization of chassis dynamic stability control functions (such as VDC lateral control), including but not limited to the calibration of lateral target Yaw Rate.

• 负责车辆防滑控制/滑行能量回收等纵向控制功能性能标定与优化；

• Handle the performance calibration and optimization of longitudinal control functions, such as vehicle anti-slip control and coasting energy regeneration.

• 作为客户项目技术接口人，制定标定开发计划，协调内外部资源，管理客户需求和标定数据变更流程；

• Act as the technical interface for customer projects. Responsibilities include formulating calibration development plans, coordinating internal and external resources, and managing customer requirements as well as the calibration data change process.

Qualifications

• 3年以上车辆横向稳定控制功能相关的底盘驱动/制动控制系统标定经验；

• Over 3 years of calibration experience in chassis drive/brake control systems, specifically related to vehicle lateral stability control functions.

• 熟悉汽车底盘驱动/制动控制系统设计和软件开发；

• Familiar with the design and software development of automotive chassis drive and brake control systems.

• 具备一定的Matlab Simulink能力；

• Proficient in Matlab/Simulink.

• 熟悉车辆横向控制VDC前馈控制算法优先；

• Familiarity with VDC lateral control feedforward algorithms is highly preferred.

• 熟悉VMC后转以及悬架垂向控制相关性能标定流程；

• Familiar with the performance calibration processes for VMC (Vehicle Motion Control) rear-wheel steering and suspension vertical control.

• 具有国内主流试验场驾照优先（广德试验场/盐城试验场等）；

• Possession of a driver's license for major domestic proving grounds (e.g., Guangde Proving Ground, Yancheng Proving Ground) is a plus.

• 本科以上车辆控制领域专业；

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Vehicle Control Engineering or a related field.
