You develop local HR strategies aligned with Group HR and Regional HR, ensuring that global principles become meaningful, effective practices adapted to our Polish organizations and their long‑term business needs.
By implementing, executing, and continuously improving global HR policies, processes, and programs, you ensure that our HR landscape remains modern, compliant, and capable of supporting growth and transformation across all entities in Poland.
As a strategic and operational HR Business Partner to local management, you share expertise, offer guidance, and help leaders find forward‑looking solutions to complex HR challenges across a multinational matrix environment.
Together with line management, you drive organizational development, lead change initiatives, conduct impact analyses, and ensure that transformation efforts respect legal frameworks, governance rules, and Vaillant Group values.
You ensure smooth and efficient HR administration across all daily operational services, continuously improving ways of working to increase quality, efficiency, and employee experience in Poland.
Your responsibilities include controlling training budgets, defining development needs, ensuring succession planning, and securing a strong talent pipeline that fuels long‑term business requirements and leadership development across the organization.
Qualification: You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a closely related discipline, enabling you to navigate broad and complex HR topics with confidence and professionalism.
Experience: You bring 7+ years of HR generalist experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within multinational matrix organizations and with proven collaboration with Works Councils and Unions.
Know‑how and skills: You have profound expertise across HR domains such as administration, payroll, income tax, social security, talent, learning, and labor law, paired with strong analytical skills and a structured, service‑minded approach to decision‑making.
Nice to have: You enjoy shaping culture, championing organizational transformation, and implementing global HR frameworks in a way that supports both efficiency and employee empowerment in Poland.
Personality: You build trust quickly, communicate openly and effectively, inspire others through leadership presence, and serve as a credible partner to senior executives thanks to your integrity, empathy, and balanced judgment.
Language skills: You feel comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders at different levels and in English language, enabling you to lead across borders and support continuous collaboration with regional and global HR partners.
