IT Manager

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals & group IT strategy include new technology & Innovation in IT strategy and planning, such as AI.

• Manage the IT team to fulfil below activities, such as training to end users / Provide helpdesk service to end users.

• Be responsible for IT appliance and equipment’s maintenance (software & hardware).

• Ensure the stableness of IT infrastructure such as Network / Servers / Backup, etc.

• Communicate with business to align and collect business requirements.

• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications based on business requirement.

• Coordinate communication between local business and group solution owner, such as SAP, etc.

• Responsible for Information Security Management in Wuxi to ensure cyber security of local applications and infrastructure together with China Cyber Security Managers.

What makes us successful together

• Bachelor’ degree, 8 years above related experience in application and infrastructure.

• IT leader experience, good manufactory operation process knowledge, good English skills.
