In your role as a Test Project Manager (SAP), you will define, organize, and govern end-to-end test processes for SAP S/4 and integrated applications, ensuring readiness for system integration tests and user acceptance tests.
Together with project management, functional consultants, and business users, you will align test scope, success criteria, and quality gates as part of global rollout and transformation programs.
Your responsibilities will include steering and executing system integration tests and business user acceptance tests, ensuring transparency, traceability, and compliance throughout the testing lifecycle.
By establishing and continuously improving standardized test management approaches, templates, and reporting, you will strengthen quality assurance across projects and releases.
You will manage the complete test case lifecycle, from creation and execution to automation, with a strong focus on scalable and sustainable test automationIn close collaboration with external partners, you will coordinate and steer additional test management and automation resources when required, ensuring high-quality outcomes
Qualification: You have a completed degree in information technology, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in test management within complex IT or SAP environments, ideally in SAP S/4 transformation or rollout projects.
Know-how and skills: You have strong expertise in test management tools, ideally Jira with Xray, a solid understanding of test automation concepts, and good functional understanding of SAP S/4 and integrated systems.
Nice to have: Experience with test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca and exposure to audit-compliant documentation or regulated environments are considered an advantage.
Personality: You work in a structured and quality-driven manner, communicate with confidence across all levels, and take ownership while engaging and inspiring others.
Language skills: You communicate fluently in English and are able to adapt your communication style to different target audiences.
