As Salesforce Consultant, you understand business needs end to end, shape scalable Lead‑to‑Order solutions and implement them hands‑on in Salesforce together with your team.
By combining business analysis and system configuration, you translate requirements into high‑quality Sales Cloud solutions using Flows, objects, validation rules, page layouts, permissions and reports.
Together with Product Owners, information technology and business stakeholders across markets, you lead and contribute to workshops, refinements and solution discussions.
As part of a self‑organising team, you jointly own quality, timelines and outcomes while delivering solutions in an agile and collaborative way.
By participating in data migration, integrations and cross‑system process design, you co‑create sustainable solutions with consultants, administrators and developers.
Through documentation, demos and user trainings, you actively support adoption and ensure knowledge is shared within the team.

Qualification: You hold a relevant university degree or a comparable qualification in business informatics, information technology or a related field. You hold a Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant.
Experience: You bring three to five years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant with clear exposure to Sales Cloud and Lead‑to‑Order processes.
Know‑how and skills: You have strong hands‑on Salesforce administration skills, including data model design, validation rules, Salesforce Flow, page layouts, reporting, dashboards and systematic troubleshooting.
Nice to have: Experience with Marketing Cloud, advanced analytics, third‑party integrations or additional Salesforce certifications is welcome.
Personality: You value shared ownership, give and receive feedback openly and contribute actively to a culture of trust, collaboration and continuous learning.
Language skills: You communicate confidently in English, enabling smooth collaboration with international stakeholders across multiple levels of the organisation.
