Manager Pre Sales Solutions & System Planning Services & Workflow Automation (m/f/d)

In this role, you will take on a key position in operationalizing our digital strategy in HVAC system planning. Your primary focus will be on transforming existing approaches into scalable, automated, and AI-driven solutions. You will drive the evolution of our digital planning and pre-sales landscape across all markets, with a clear objective: reduce complexity, automate processes, and ensure global scalability.

• Provide functional leadership to the HVAC System Planning team and steer planning workstreams within product development projects — with a strong focus on prioritization, structure, and on-time delivery

• Proactively develop and scale automation and AI-based use cases to enhance planning accuracy, reduce manual effort, and continuously improve the user experience

• Ensure global availability of consistent, high-quality planning and product information — from hydraulic schematics and product data to BIM models — across all markets, languages, and formats

• Define and continuously evolve requirements for scalable digital HVAC system planning solutions, enabling Sales, Key Account Management, and technical experts worldwide

• Design seamless end-to-end processes along the customer journey, effectively connecting planning, pre-sales, and sales

• Build and continuously optimize an integrated tool and system landscape in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, with the goal of reducing system fragmentation and simplifying planning processes

• Translate and prioritize requirements from international markets and external users into clear, actionable specifications

What makes us successful together

• Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a comparable field

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a technical environment, e.g., HVAC system design, technical planning, pre-sales engineering, or as a Product Owner for digital solutions

• Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems (system design, hydraulics, technical documentation) combined with a high level of digital affinity and proven experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, prompt engineering)

• Experience in managing and developing digital tools, system landscapes, or end-to-end processes, ideally in close collaboration with IT

• Proven experience in leading teams or projects, combined with a strong hands-on mindset and focus on delivering tangible results

• Structured, solution-oriented working style with a strong focus on execution and impact

• You communicate confidently in English, ensuring effective collaboration across global teams (German is an advantage, but not essential)
