Foreign Trade Operations Specialist

You will plan and ensure the on-time execution of export shipments for both group and non-group customers.

You will manage the document flow between customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers.

You will monitor all stages of import orders, from order placement to warehouse delivery.

You will take an active role in document control, transportation planning, customs clearance, and TSE processes.

You will manage payment, letter of credit, damage, and insurance processes while ensuring coordination with relevant departments.

You will follow up on export incentive certificates and Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) processes, and provide updates on regulatory changes.

You will support the department’s compliance with Integrated Management System standards.

You will contribute to achieving departmental cost and performance targets.

Experience: Having 2 to 5 years of experience in import and export operations will give you the chance to join our dynamic team.

Language Skills: With a strong command of English, you can communicate effectively in an international environment.

Know-how and Skills: Your knowledge of customs regulations, TSE, incentive certificates, and AEO processes, along with your reporting and logistics experience, will help you make a difference.

Other Requirements: Your advanced MS Office skills and preferably SAP knowledge will demonstrate your technological proficiency.

Personality: Your abilities in analytical thinking, problem solving, reporting, communication, and time management will help you excel in this role.
