R&D Engineer (Hardware)

What we achieve together

• Discuss requirements with PM/IPM/Application, analyse the gap, prepare a draft hardware solution.

• Create boundary diagram, interface matrix, hardware function list for new PCBA, create hardware architecture, select uC together with software engineer.

• Prepare the hardware MVP together with APQP.

• Create new hardware module, prepare module spec, design FMEA, module test case, run the hardware module test.

• Prepare FCN, ICT/FCT/AOI requirements/test description.

• Realize hardware related cyber security functions in product according legal, national standards and group standards.

• Prepare hardware related documents for certification, especially functional safety related documents, communication with notified body for technical topics.

• Select wires and connectors for hardness design, and review the harness drawing.

• Support quality, production line to analyse the problem and provide necessary advice.

What makes us successful together

• Bachelor or Maser degree, with electronic engineering related major.

• At least 2 years working experiences with microcontroller development, PCB layout software, simulation, EMC.

• Familiar with electrical safety, good knowledge in development methods and PCBA production process

• Good English and communication skill.
