Within Leonardo Aeronautica's Service BU, specifically in the Quality, Governance & Change Management organizational unit, we are looking for a System Quality for our Venegono Superiore office.

Main activities:

• Monitor training activities provided by the Organizational Unit, verifying their compliance with current regulations and company procedures;

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of non-conformities identified by auditing activities;

• Update and control procedures and documents related to the U.O.'s quality system in compliance with applicable regulations and required standards;

• Monitor end-of-course feedback and identify improvement opportunities based on participant comments;

• Collaborate with the Training Quality Manager and the Training School Administration in planning activities to maintain the currency of personnel holding qualifications subject to expiry;

• Participate in the preparation of internal and external audits, providing contributions within one's competence;

• Provide the Auditor Team with the requested support within one's competence;

• Support the processes of achievement, issuance, maintenance of authorizations, certifications, qualifications for Instructor, Examiner, Assessor, Ground Crew and Aircrew personnel of the U.O.

Educational Qualification: High school diploma.

Knowledge and technical skills:

• Generic knowledge of aeronautical regulations;

• Generic knowledge of regulations on Quality Management Systems.

Linguistic knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of English language, B1 level.
