Within Leonardo Aeronautica's Service BU, specifically in the Groundcrew Training organizational unit, we are looking for a Maintenance Instructor for our Caselle Sud and Venegono Superiore sites.
The Groundcrew Training of Leonardo Aeronautics Division has the mission of training flight and maintenance personnel to support the Division's aircraft and customers. The organizational unit responsible for this type of training is part of the Service Business Unit and is represented by the Groundcrew Training Unit. Within the scope of training activities, the Unit is looking for suitable profiles to fill the role of theoretical/practical instructor and examiner.
The core activities are divided into 2 phases: a non-recurring phase of design, preparation, development, and production of didactic and test material, and a recurring phase of training delivery.
Suitable candidates must therefore be able to fully carry out the two aforementioned macro-activities in accordance with current regulations and existing company procedures. Strong proactivity, teamwork skills, adaptability to company dynamics, adaptability to a highly demanding work environment with multi-program operations, and a marked inclination towards Customer Satisfaction are required.
Candidates, in compliance with specialist regulations and specific norms, and under the guidance of the Training Manager/Examination Manager, must acquire the necessary technical skills, keep them constantly active, carry out a continuous process of updating and checking the didactic product, as well as their own skills.
Main responsibilities:
Course delivery: Conduct theoretical (classroom/VMT) and practical (on-the-job training) training sessions on airframes, systems, and avionics;
Content development: Collaborate on updating instruction manuals and didactic material in line with the technological evolutions of aircraft (M-346, ATR 42/72 MP/HC/ASW);
Assessment: Evaluate the skills acquired by participants and certify the achievement of required training standards;
Technical Support: Interface with maintenance engineering to translate complex technical data into usable training modules.
Educational qualification: Technical expert diploma in disciplines adequate for the subjects and topics covered, preferably in the aeronautical field.

Knowledge and technical skills:
Knowledge of military aircraft systems and equipment (trainers, fighters, airlifters);
General knowledge of aeronautical materials, processing, and structures;
Knowledge of processes, procedures, and documentation characteristic of aeronautical maintenance realities;
Training experience in the military aircraft sector and/or, more generally, in the aeronautical field;
Knowledge of training techniques regarding the preparation of didactic material, planning of classroom interventions, classroom management, use of didactic supports, test management, and support for practical activity;
Knowledge of the National Reference Regulations AER(EP).P-147, P-66, P-145, DT 2019-024 and related annexes and integrations.
