Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Business Area, we are looking for a Cyber Technical Account Manager for our Rome Laurentina office, with the possibility of employment at the Chieti Scalo office.

The person we identify will be responsible for the following activities:

• Support the Client in the operational management activities of security systems;

• Participate in review and progress meetings, for the evaluation of the project's activities status, the assessment of potential risks, the formulation of solution proposals and the examination of results;

• Support the design and implementation of security infrastructures;

• Support the Client in technological scouting;

• Support the Client in the design and implementation of security platforms in complex environments;

• Prepare technical project/service documentation;

• Coordinate all activities inherent to the provision of MSSP services (SOC, CSIRT, RED TEAM, CTI) representing the technical interface between the Cyber Security Center teams and the Client.

Educational Qualification:

Master's degree in STEM disciplines or equivalent culture.

Seniority:

Expert. At least 5 years of work experience in Security Operation, in the realization of complex projects and management of security platforms is required.

Technical/IT knowledge and skills:

• Advanced knowledge in administration/configuration of the main security platforms;

• Knowledge of the main infrastructural and application architectures typical of a Large Enterprise;

• Experience in managing and monitoring recovery plans;

• Customer relationship management;

• Project management;

• Analysis and drafting of technical documentation;

• Ability to deliver training courses;

• Knowledge of the Office Package.

Language skills:

Good knowledge of the English language (at least B2).

Other:

Availability for frequent short-medium term national and international business trips.
