Job Description

Provide technical support to customers, including on-site visits, to ensure the successful integration of SiC bare die products into customers‘ applications

Develop and deliver training materials, demonstrations, and application notes to customers and internal teams

Analyze customer requirements and provide recommendations for the optimal use of SiC bare die in their specific applications

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SiC bare die products, including common failure modes and application challenges.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in SiC technology and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers.

Support the customer project PPAP process.

Setup good relationship with key customer technical team

Closely working with PRM for new customer request, market trend, competitor information collection.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with global teams.

Willingness to travel as required
Qualifications
-
Major in Electronic Engineering, Automation Vehicle Engineering.

Strong understanding of SiC bare die electrical properties, including switching characteristics, thermal behavior, and reliability.

Familiarity with SiC chip manufacturing processes, including front-end and back-end processes.

Knowledge of SiC chip applications, particularly in high-power and high-voltage environments, such as electric vehicle inverters, DC-DC converters.

Proficiency in using laboratory equipment for testing and analysis

Fluency in spoken & written English ( communication w/ Germany via phone and email )

Team work, High-level of self-discipline and initiative.
