HR Business Partner

We’re now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our International Business Services team, someone who can operate as a trusted adviser and drive meaningful impact across our people agenda.
Main duties and responsibilities

Partner with senior stakeholders to design and deliver impactful people strategies

Provide insight, challenge, and guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and business decisions

Support and drive transformation and change initiatives across the business

Collaborate with global HRBP peers and Centres of Excellence to deliver international priorities locally

Coach and develop leaders to strengthen management capability and performance

Lead or contribute to strategic HR projects aligned to business needs

Manage complex employee relations matters and provide escalation support
About you

Proven experience driving organisational change and supporting leadership teams

Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively

Commercial mindset with the ability to link people strategy to business outcomes

Experience working across international or matrixed environments

Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making

Ability to balance strategic thinking with delivery

Confidence in managing complex employee relations issues
