Within the Chief Funded & Internal Research Area, we are looking for a Chief Funded and Internal Research Specialist for our Pomigliano d'Arco (NA) site.
Main Activities:
The resource must be able to carry out the activities within the competence of the Chief Funded and Internal Research Unit for the support to the technical coordination of research projects and for the technical management and promotion within the engineering unit, of internships, degree theses, doctoral programs and applied research collaborations. In particular:

Interactions with engineering functions for the integration of technical proposals in the context of submitting a research project proposal;

Interactions with engineering functions for the integration of thesis, doctorate, master and other activity proposals to ensure alignment with the technological plan;

Technical management of the content of publications (theses, doctorates, etc.) to evaluate their consistency with company directives in the field of intellectual property;

Primary interface between the engineering department functions and other division units and external bodies (Universities, Research Centers, NATO, etc.);

Management and drafting of internal technical engineering publications that govern thesis, doctorate, master, etc. paths.

Management of tools that collect and track the previous point;
Education:
Master's degree in Management Engineering.
Required experience level:
Junior
Technical skills:
experience in research; experience with database management and maintenance; Knowledge of aircraft architecture (fixed or rotary wing) and the management/life cycle of a research project is welcome; Previous experience in a research project is also welcome.
Behavioral skills:
Proactive person, with good organizational skills and ability to work autonomously regarding areas of competence, with an aptitude for teamwork, including multinational teams, and the ability to interact with other company figures. An aptitude for on-the-job learning of modeling and simulation tools is essential.
Language skills:
Excellent knowledge of English
IT knowledge:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite Knowledge of Java/JavaScript is welcome Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow is welcome Knowledge of C/C++ programming languages is welcome
Other:
Availability for both short and medium-term business trips both nationally and abroad
