Job Description
Job Summary
Hardware engineer to support DC/AC, inverters development and test.
Roles and Responsibilities

Hardware design for DC/AC and Inverters for fuel cell and electrical vehicle application
-
Analyse feasibility of RB internal and customer requirements
-
Hardware schematic design/simulations including control board, driving circuit, IGBT etc.

Coordinate and review PCB layout design and product integration together with partners.

Able to test and do measurements in the lab.

Perform product performance test and endurance test
-
Perform product EMC test and analysis, propose
-
Product safety design according to norm
-
Analysis of or review problem solving of E-components and PCB, work out quality improvement solutions together with partners.

Make innovative proposals and suggest cost improvement in circuit design/product strategy

Support project leader in defining and controlling the resource plan, the budget plan and the time schedule for hardware sub-project

Communication with supplier and customer for Hardware
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics/Electrical/ Mechatronics/Instrumentation/Computer, etc.

Knowledge of electrical E/E architecture, control software design, instruments technology
-
Knowledge of power electronic products (converter, Inverter, etc.)

Knowledge of PCB layout design
-
Familiar with legislation, norms w.r.t fuel cell engine and components development and application

Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit

English written and verbal
-
Good communication skills (with internal and external)
