JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Help with administrative projects and routines;

• Organize documents and update data in systems;

• Support internal controls and basic financial activities, among other things;

• Support inventory control and material orders;

• Support the administrative routine of the store;

• Provide support in the operational routine involving the preparation and availability of vehicles to the customer.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Complete or ongoing high school education;

• Knowledge of administrative routines;

• Easy access to the Confins region;

• Vacancy for those over 18 years old.
