R&D Ice Cream Product Deploy Manager (m/f/d)

Within the Ferrero Ice Cream Business, Ice Cream Factory Comaker (ICFC), one of the largest ice cream manufacturers in Europe acquired by Ferrero in 2019, is currently looking for a R&D Ice Cream Product Deploy Manager for:

• Collaborate with IC R&D Product Design and IC R&D Process Innovation to support the DELIVER Phase

• Support to Industrial Trials locally performed

Responsabilidades principales:

R&D ICE CREAM PRODUCT DEPLOY MANAGER MISSIONS

• Support Alba R&D teams (and US if needed) for DELIVER phases and / or related industrial trials

• Support Plant Technologist to Identify new production methods and technologies Act as local R&D matter expert

• Collaborate with Plant technologist to define new equipment specifications specifically to guarantee alignment with Innovation pipeline

• Support Plant Technologist on existing equipment continuous improvement from a process technologies perspective

TEAM MANAGEMENT

• Is accountable for managing people assigned, ensuring a management system based on Group values, motivation, competence development and empowerment

Acerca de ti:

• Master’s degree in Food Processing or Food Science

• At least 7 years of professional experience in global food manufacturing companies (including 3 years in Ice Cream) working on R&D process and prototyping, manufacturing, engineering

• Availability to frequent transfer in Italy and abroad

Hard Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Ice cream manufacturing process

• Strong experience in management of Factory Trials

• Advanced Knowledge of technology science of Ice cream

• HACCP & Food Safety Compliance

• R&D prototyping and Scale-up visioning

• Advanced knowledge of all engineering processes (preference in ice cream manufacturing)

• Innovative mindset to apply/testing new technologies for ice cream
